She has held senior leadership roles with several Fortune 500 companies, including Praxair, Monsanto, DuPont, PepsiCo, Microsoft, and MSD Pharmaceuticals, working across highly regulated and policy-intensive sectors.
She is widely recognized for her leadership in public policy advocacy, government engagement, and thought leadership, and has worked closely with the Prime Minister’s Office, Union Ministries, State Governments, regulators, industry associations, and international stakeholders. She has been an active contributor to government committees and working groups involved in policy formulation, providing industry perspectives on regulatory, access, public health, and sustainability issues.
Neelima has also led industry chambers and platforms across the Food & Agriculture and Pharmaceutical sectors, playing a pivotal role in shaping collective industry positions, facilitating government–industry dialogue, and advancing policy reforms aligned with national priorities.

Dr. Samresh Dwivedi is a seasoned agri & nutri-science and innovation leader with over four decades of experience across agriculture, horticulture, biotechnology, and medicinal and aromatic plants. He brings deep technical expertise combined with strong capabilities in strategic planning, project execution, and institutional leadership.
He offers a rare blend of experience spanning government research, international institutions, and the private sector, having served in premier organizations under ICAR and CSIR, worked with international research bodies such as ICRISAT, and later contributed to the private sector with ITC Limited.
His work covers agribusiness development, dairy, research program design, and government-funded initiatives, with a strong focus on translating scientific research into scalable, market-relevant outcomes. He has led large, multi-disciplinary projects addressing crop improvement, productivity enhancement, and sustainable agricultural systems.
